This is one of the small changes I encourage my clients to make.   1 c. 2% milk = 130 calories, 8 grams protein 1 c. skim milk = 90 calories, 8 grams protein If you drink two cups of skim milk daily, in place of 2% milk, you save 80 calories per day.
